Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

You must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Order Number before sending the item back.

Returns without a Return Order Number will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

Items with obvious signs of use

Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned after more than 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@danielcole.com and ship the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
